While in Jerusalem, Israel, I had the pleasure of dining at Sima's Restaurant on Agripas Street, a renowned kosher steakhouse. Established in 1969, Sima's is located near the Machane Yehuda Market, making it a staple in the local culinary scene. The restaurant underwent a recent renovation, but it hasn't lost its authentic charm. It's a place where diverse crowds gather, from residents to tourists, and even occasional Knesset members.
