La Spezia Kosher Italian Restaurant, Panama City, Panama: The Romance of Italy in Central America
Kosher Italian Restaurant in Panama City, Panama ✈
As the sun set below the skyline on the streets of Panama City, Panama, my girlfriend and I found ourselves headed towards the entrance of La Spezia, a kosher Italian restaurant. The restaurant was a vision of modern elegance. The artfully arranged seating, sleek bar, and the warm, ambient lighting set the tone for what was to be a nice romantic dinner.

“The owner was nice enough to stop by our table and personally greet us. His genuine desire to create a warm and inviting establishment was evident from the outset, making us feel like long-lost friends rather than first-time patrons.”
La Spezia, offers a wide range of food choices, including pizza, fish, sushi and salads. Our meal started with a basket of bread with garlic spread and a bottle of red wine. We decided to have the Fettuccini with mushrooms and cream sauce and spaghetti with tomato sauce.
After a delightful and filling main course, the grand finale was upon us. First, there was the decadent, molten brownie – a rich chocolate treat topped with a dollop of creamy vanilla ice cream. The combination of warm brownie and cold ice cream was a match made in dessert heaven. The luscious chocolate sauce drizzled over it created a delightful texture and flavor. As if the first dessert was not enough, we also had the caramel flan. The smooth texture of the custard combined with the caramel was more than perfect.

The restaurant also has a nice outdoor space for those sunny days and warm nights. If you’re looking for a romantic dinner or just a place to grab a delicious meal, I highly recommend that you visit La Spezia.
